Southcrest Manor Hotel is conveniently located near to the Midlands motorway with easy access to Birmingham, Stratford and a range of local attractions.
We were delighted to be successful in winning the pitch to design the new Southcrest Manor Hotel website. We have often used the hotel for overseas clients and hosting events and it was great to finally be helping with their marketing to, as it's a great venue and just around the corner from our head office in Redditch.
We started with a redsign of the website to bring it up to date and make use of all of the best practices for modern mobile responsive web design. We integrated a shop with online payment system to generate revenue through offers and events that they run throughout the seasons. The hotel already had a booking system in place, so this was integrated into the site, and further on-site sales options were added for vouchers, afternoon teas and seasonal deals.
We then engaged in a marketing campaign driven by our CRM system, DAM Reach, to communicate with all of the categories of clients and drive business in the areas of growth identified.
The ongoing marketing is planned quarterly then implimented by the DAM team, leaving the management team at Southcrest to take care of their business without having to worry about the regular, mundane and ongoing marketing tasks. Social media and email marketing channels are utilised and co-ordinated all with the aim of gaining, maintaining and informing new and regular visitors of the venue.
Sales and Social Media
As part of the build, DAM unified the hotel's social media channels, aligning their Google+ and YouTube offerings with their active Facebook and Twitter accounts.
